Residential Tenancy Act
On December 10, 2010, nineteen amendments were made to the Residential Tenancies Act. These ammendments will not be enforced until all changes to the related documentation have been made and published. The department will enform the public when the Act becomes law. IPOANS will inform its members when this occurs.
